Johan Pihl is a creative director with 25+ years of experience working in the advertising industry working for large advertising networks but has since 2014 shifted focus to purpose-driven service design and product development. Johan’s work builds on exploring business opportunities at the intersection of creativity, design, and technology, resulting in both real bottom-line results and long-term brand value. He has successfully developed and launched purpose-driven innovation projects such as The Natalia Project 2014, Baltic Sea Project for Bank of Åland 2016, The Humanium Metal Initiative 2016, and DO Black 2019.

Has consistently produced work that has been recognized and awarded in D&AD, Cannes Lions, Tomorrow Awards, Clio Awards, New York Festivals, Eurobest, and Guldägget, receiving 100+ industry awards, including a total of 3 Cannes Lions Grand Prix, and 3 Eurobest Grand Prix awards. Johan has extensive jury experience and is an experienced keynote speaker at major industry events and festivals.

Is currently pursuing an EMBA at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.

Mathias Wikström is a Sweden-based renowned international creative strategist who aims to innovate as well as make complex communication.

He has founded Doconomy (Grand Prix Cannes Lions) and spearheaded globally awarded forefront projects such as Natalia Project for Civil Rights Defenders and The Baltic Sea Project for the Bank of Aland (Grand Prix Cannes Lions) amongst others.

Prior to founding RBK Communication, he was the Creative Director at Havas Sweden and CEO at A3. He has received an EMBA with honors at Stockholm School of Economics with a focus on Leading Innovation, been educated at Berlin School of Creative Leadership, and has won several industry awards at Cannes Lions, Clio, D&AD, Epica, and Eurobest amongst others.

Has served on several juries and is a high-scoring speaker at industry summits in Europe, Asia, and Latin America as well as with the UN and UNFCCC.
